With the final of Melodifestivalen 2026 coming up, we are also looking ahead to Melfest WKND, which will take place this weekend. Now it has been announced that AleXa, the winner of American Song Contest 2022 and participant in this years Melodifestivalen, will be among the performers at this year’s event.
Melfest WKND 2026
About the Pre-Party: Melfest WKND consists of a Pre-Party (held on Friday night before the Melodifestivalen final) and the Main Party after the final of the Swedish selection, Melodifestivalen takes place.
The acts confirmed for this year’s event are as follows:
Friday (March 6): Tamara ลฝivkoviฤ (Montenegro 2026) , Alis ( Albania 2026), Dolly Style (Melodifestivalen 2015,2016,2019,2025), Caroline af Ugglas ( Melodifestivalen 2007,2009,2013), Laila Adรจle (Melodifestivalen 2006,2026), Antti Paalanen (UMK 2026) and Silke (Melodi Grand Prix 2026) while DJ QX Ronny will be the DJ of the night.
Saturday (March 7): Tess Merkel (BWO) and Martin Rolinski (Alcazar) , Arwin (Melodifestivalen 2025,2026), AleXa (American Song Contest 2022/Melodifestivalen 2026), Kendi, Miss Tobi, Reine and Brenda Mandlar providing a drag show while Panica Tax will be the DJ of the night.
Venue: The show took place at Nalen, an elegant 19th-century building, located in Stockholm.
