The songs that will compete in this year’s OGAE Second Chance Contest have been revealed. 22 national final songs will compete in the Contest. This year’s Second Chance Contest is hosted by Sweden’s OGAE club, after Klara Hammartsröm’s win in 2025.
2026’s OGAE Second Chance Contest entries
The 2026 edition of the OGAE Second Chance Contest will be held in Sweden, after Klara Hammarström won the 2025 edition. Here is the list of this year’s participants:

How voting works
Fans can vote for their favourites using the classic Eurovision system (12, 10, 8-1). Each national OGAE club submits their overall results at the end of the voting window. The voting window is open until August 23rd 2026. As per tradition, results will be kept secret until the official reveal by OGAE Sweden later this year.
About the OGAE Second Chance Contest
OGAE (Organisation Générale des Amateurs de l’Eurovision) is a network of Eurovision fan clubs across the globe, with over 40 national branches. The organisation acts as the largest independent fan group, and runs various contests throughout the year.
For the Second Chance Contest, OGAE clubs in countries using national finals can submit a song that did not qualify for the Eurovision Song Contest. Many clubs submit their second most popular entry as voted in their selection, but any club can choose any song from the process that meets the rules.
OGAE rest of the world (ROTW) selects a song from any country that has a selection process, but no OGAE club. All OGAE clubs can vote, regardless of whether they have a participating entry in 2026 or not.
The winning OGAE club organises the contest in the next year. This year is hosted by OGAE Sweden. This is following their victory in the competition last year with Klara Hammarström’s “On and On and On”. The final will be recorded live at the club gathering in Älmhult, in September.
