🇨🇭 TES Reviews: A million close ups on Gjon’s Tears in his second rehearsal

What’s changed in Rehearsal Two?

Rehearsing right now inside the Ahoy Arena is Gjon’s Tears, performing “Tout L’Univers” for Switzerland. Here is what has changed since the first rehearsal, and what the team thinks of the changes.

The second rehearsal brings us the vocal precision and power that we have come to expect from Gjon, and he remains as fantastic as he did in the first run. Changes have been made to the camera angles in this run, but this feels more experimental, particularly as some shots were not successful (camera operators in the corners, framing being off). There’s more negative space, and close ups throughout the verses on Gjon’s face and hands. Before the high note, the purple lighting has become more pink. It’s a good performance from Gjon, and hopefully the technical elements around him can become more polished!
