As we prepare to say goodbye to the Eurovision class of 2021, we present the TES Awards! 136 people voted across 12 categories, and it now brings us great pleasure to announce our winners.
We now announce the award for the Most Improved Song! This award is presented to the song that improved the most in people’s estimations from a national final performance or (first) studio version to it making it to the Rotterdam stage. Unless you’re Montaigne, that is.
And now for the winners…
In third place…
Loco Loco by Hurricane
AND
Russian Woman by Manizha!
Third place really did say female supremacy.
In second place… Shum by Go_A!
Any Eurovision fan knows the existential dread when a song they’ve fallen in love with gets a revamp, but Go_A pulled it off.
And the winner of the Most Improved Song award is… Love Is On My Side by The Black Mamba!
Love, and the voting public, really was on their side.
