πŸ† TES Awards 2021: Best Presenter

As we prepare to say goodbye to the Eurovision class of 2021, we present the TES Awards! 136 people voted across 12 categories, and it now brings us great pleasure to announce our winners.

In this award, we celebrate the four fantastic hosts of Eurovision 2021. Jan Smit, Chantal Janzen, Edsilia Rombley, and Nikkie De Jager guided us through all three live shows (plus the jury and family shows!) with enthusiasm, energy, and poise, so we wanted to recognize their amazing work in helping the show come together in such a slick and polished way!

As this award only has four possible nominees, we will only be announcing first place for the category.

And the winner of the Best Presenter award is… Nikkie De Jager!

You’d never have known it was her first presenting gig! Intended purely as an online host for the 2020 contest, Nikkie joined the core presenting team for 2021, and we are so glad she did. Her passion for the contest and joy shone through on stage, and it was a privilege to hear her speak about inspiring and representing trans people in the press conferences also.
