To round out the 2022 Eurovision season, it’s time to bring back the TES Awards! We’ve already asked for your opinions on this year’s national finals, and now we put the main contest under the spotlight.
There are 13 categories for you to submit your votes in:
- Best Song – this one’s pretty self-explanatory!
- Most Improved Song – what song grew in your estimations from the first time you heard it, either as a studio track or as a national final performance?
- Most Surprising Result – which result did you not see coming?
- Best Non-Qualifier – not everyone can make it to Saturday night, but which missing song was your favourite?
- Most Culturally Representative Song – Eurovision is a place where each country can show off what makes them unique, but which entry did this most successfully?
- Most Robbed Entry – who deserved better?
- Best Staging – whether they brought dancers, props or LEDs, which staging made the song come alive?
- Best Presenter – we were guided through the contest by three multi-talented hosts, but who did you like the most?
- Best Lyrics – which song had the best meaning or message?
- Best Melody – which melody did you find the catchiest, most interesting, or just your favourite?
- Most Enduring Song – what will we still be listening to in 10, 20, 50 years’ time?
- The Måns Zelmerlöw Award for Aesthetic Excellence – for that person or group you just want to see naked with a plush wolf for modesty
- Meme/Moment of the Season – in Tel Aviv, we dared to dream and in Turin, we dared to meme; which moment from this season was your favourite?
