Finer details needed to be ironed out
As reported by N12 News, it was reported that she has set some demands and that she will only represent Israel in the contest if this has been met, Noa mentioned that she does want to represent Israel saying:
When my country calls me to represent it, my heart obviously says yes. My heart wants it, it’s a mission for everything and anything – but, there is a matter of conditions here.
However, Noa clarifies:
I won’t do it if it’s not the best conditions and artistic freedom To do it in the best way, that’s the most important thing to me.”
“If they don’t let me write the song and be a part of its creation, if they don’t let me decide what happens on stage and make it the biggest and most wow possible – I don’t know if I’ll do it,
Furthermore, Noa mentioned that there are advantages and disadvantages to taking part in the competition and that it’s a complex situation.
“There are two sides to this, there are advantages and disadvantages as in everything. On the one hand, it’s crazy exposure. Being on the Eurovision stage is a childhood dream and exposure to all of Europe, just by choosing me there was already a crazy noise in Europe. On the other hand, it’s a competition that’s also political. There is a chane I’ll fail.”
