It’s that time of the year again, as yesterday, voting has officially begun for ESC250 2023.
What is ESC250 2023?
ESC250 is the annual competition where fans vote to select the top 250 songs of all time from the Eurovision Song Contest. Each person can vote for 10 songs, giving their 12, 10 and 8-1 points, just like the normal contest. Voting is open now until the 10th of December at 12:00 CET. In a change, the complete ESC250 will be revealed on December 31st, like usual, but on French radio EFR12 Radio.

ESC250 2022 Results
Last year, for the first time since 2012, a new song took the top spot. Loreen’s “Euphoria” had won ESC250 every year since her contest victory in Baku in 2012, until Chanel stormed to victory with “SloMo” in 2022. Last year’s top ten featured two of the last three (at the time) winners, with Måneskin’s “Zitti E Buoni” in fifth and Duncan Laurence’s “Arcade” in seventh. This was the full top 10 at last year’s ESC250:
- Chanel – “SloMo” (Spain 2022)
- Loreen – “Euphoria” (Sweden 2012)
- Cornelia Jakobs – “Hold Me Closer” (Sweden 2022)
- Eleni Foureira – “Fuego” (Cyprus 2018)
- Måneskin – “Zitti E Buoni” (Italy 2021)
- Go_A – “SHUM” (Ukraine 2021)
- Duncan Laurence – “Arcade” (The Netherlands 2019)
- Beth – “Dime” (Spain 2003)
- Diodato – “Fai Rumore” (Italy 2020)
- Barbara Pravi – “Voilà” (France 2021)
Just as in years prior, the team here at That Eurovision Site will be revealing our picks for ESC250 after the voting closes in December. We will reveal who we voted for and why we voted for them. Stay tuned!
