Following on from being selected to represent her country at the conclusion of Festivali I Këngës, it has been confirmed that Albania’s Eurovision 2024 representative Besa will perform at the Nordic Eurovision Party on Sunday April 14th. Besa will represent Albania with her song “Zëmren n’dore”
It has also been confirmed that Besa will perform at Eurovision In Concert on April 13th.
Nordic Eurovision Party 2024
About The Pre-Party: The Nordic Eurovision Party will take place on Sunday April 14th. The party is taking place at Berns in Stockholm. This is the first edition of the pre-party.
Acts Confirmed: Selma (Iceland 1999 & 2005), Rosa López (Spain 2002), Senhit (San Marino 2011, 2020 & 2021), Aiko (Czechia 2024), Raiven (Slovenia 2024), and Besa (Albania 2024) are the acts confirmed so for for this year’s event.
Tickets: At the time of writing there are still tickets available for the Nordic Eurovision Party. The tickets available as well as the price are as follows :
- General Entry – 600SEK
- EURO FAN(Early entry and a lanyard) – 840SEK

Albania’s Eurovision Journey
In 2004, Albania made their debut into the Eurovision Song Contest with Anjeza Shahini with “Image of You”, which placed 7th in the final. Since their debut, Albania has participated 19 times, and made the final 10 times, with their best result in 2012 where Rona Nishliu placed 5th with “Suus”.
In 2023, Albina Kelmendi and her family represented Albania at the Contest in Liverpool with their song “Duje”. Performing in the second semi-final, the six-piece group qualified for the final. At the close of the voting in the final, Albania finished in 22nd place with a total of 76 points. Of these, 16 points came from the juries, whilst 59 came from the televote.
