🇲🇩 Natalia Barbu to perform at Pre-Party ES 2024

As we get closer to this year’s Pre-Party ES, EurovisionSpain, the organisers of the event continue to reveal the performers at this year’s event. Up next, we have Moldova’s Eurovision 2024 representative Natalia Barbu, who will be performing at Pre-Party ES on March 30.

In addition to Pre-Party ES 2024, it has also been revealed that Natalia Barbu will be performing at Eurovision in Concert 2024 on April 13.

Pre-Party ES 2024

About the Pre-Party: The Spanish Pre-Party in the capital of Spain will once again host the pre-party. The organizers of the event will invite all of the participating countries and will welcome all the interested participants with open arms to perform for the Spanish public.

The acts confirmed to pefrom at each night are as follows:

Welcome Pre-Party ES (March 29): Sofía Coll (Benidorm Fest 2024), Mantra (Benidorm Fest 2024), Dellacruz (Benidorm Fest 2024), Roger Padrós (Benidorm Fest 2024), Noan (Benidorm Fest 2024), Almácor (Benidorm Fest 2024), St. Pedro (Benidorm Fest 2024), and Nebulossa (Spain 2024)

Pre-Party ES (March 30): Ramon (Spain 2004), Nebulossa (Spain 2024), Natalia Barbu (Moldova 2024), and Anna Bergendahl (Sweden 2010)

Moldova’s Eurovision Journey

Moldova is relatively new to the Eurovision Song Contest, joining in 2005. Their debut entry, Zdob și Zdub, finished in 6th place, which had remained their highest scoring entry up until 2017. This was thanks to the Sunstroke Project performing ‘Hey Mamma’, finishing in 3rd place. At the close of voting, Moldova received 374 points.

In 2023, Pasha came back to the Eurovision stage to represent Moldova at the Contest in Liverpool. Performing his song “Soarele și luna”, Moldova qualified for the final, finishing in 5th place. Following the jury and televote points in the final, Moldova received 96 points, finishing in 18th place. Of the 96 points, 20 were given by the jury, while the remaining 76 is given by the televote.
