There’s been another release from the Eurovision 2024 artists; this time it’s Germany’s Isaak with the new single ‘Never the same’.
About ‘Never the same’
In a continuation to the more mellow style of his Eurovision entry ‘Always on the run’, Isaak’s new single is very stripped back for the introduction focusing heavily on his raw vocals coupled with an acoustic guitar. The music video for his new song, which can be views below, features Isaak playing in a small bar to two people on a date going badly.

Who is Isaak?
Isaak Guderian, whose stage name is Isaak started his musical career in 2011 when he participated in the German version of The X Factor. Following on from this at the age of 18, Isaak founded his own music company which specialises in organising events and concerts.
In 2020 Isaak started making his own music, in 2021 he won the German TV talent show โShow Your Talentโ. Following on from this Isaak has released several singles in the run up to his participation in Das Deutsche Finale.
โAlways on the Runโ was written by Isaak and Kevin Lehr, Leo Jupiter, and Greg Taro, where Germany as part of the Big 5, it automatically performed at the Grand Final, where the song received 117 points and finished in 12th place – the first time the country has finished on the left-hand side of the scoreboard since 2018.
