🇬🇷 “Ferto” music video to be released on March 11th

The official music video for “Ferto”, Greece’s entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2026, will be released on March 11th.

Akylas is preparing for Eurovision

Greek broadcaster ERT confirmed that the video will receive its first broadcast on ERT1 at 08:00 CET during the morning program Proían se eídon. Shortly after its television premiere, the music video will also be published on the official Eurovision Song Contest YouTube channel. As part of the music video reveal, Akylas will appear on the programme to discuss his preparations for the 70th Eurovision Song Contest.

Since winning the Greek national selection Sing for Greece, the singer has begun promoting the song internationally. In recent weeks, he has travelled to Serbia and San Marino, performing and taking part in media appearances linked to their Eurovision selections.

Greece’s Eurovision Journey

In 1974, Greece made its debut in the Eurovision Song Contest with “Krasi, thalassa ke t’agori mou” which placed 11th. Since then, they have participated on 44 occasions (41 of which made the Grand Final), and have won once, in 2005.

Greece’s most recent Eurovision participation saw them being represented by Klavdia with the song “Asteromáta”. Following her performance, Greece qualified for the Grand Final, finishing in 6th place. She earned a total of 231 points, of which 105 were from the national juries and 126 were from the televoters.
