Norway’s Eurovision 2025 representative Kyle Alessandro has released his latest single. New single “Tide” follows the release of Kyle’s album “AURA” earlier in 2026.
About “Tide”
Kyle Alessandro has today released his latest single “Tide”. The track is an up-beat electro-dance record, with a positive message of having “nothing left to hide”. The track is a more experimental tone for the Norwegian singer following his Eurovision Grand Final performance of “Lighter” in 2025. There’s a sexier, dancier element to new song “Tide” that sees Kyle explore a more mature, electronic-pop sound.
The new single was written by Kyle himself, alongside producer and songwriter Aadne Eriksen Haaland. It is the latest piece of music from Alessandro to be released on the Warner Music Norway label. “Tide” follows the release of Kyle’s album “AURA” earlier in the year.
Kyle has live shows scheduled in Poland, Germany, Sweden and Spain in October and November of 2026. More information about upcoming live dates can be found on his website and social media.

Who is Kyle Alessandro?
Kyle Alessandro was born in 2006 in the town of Levanger in Norway. He was raised in Steinkjer, and later Trondheim in the country. He was born to a Spanish father and a Norwegian mother, and takes pride in his Spanish and Norwegian heritage. At the age of ten, Kyle took part in Norske Talenter, the Norwegian version of Got Talent, on the TV2 channel in Norway in 2017.
Kyle Alessandro’s Eurovision history
In 2023, Kyle, alongside Kristian Haugstøyl and Magnus Winjum, performed in the Norwegian national final for Eurovision Melodi Grand Prix as the band Umami Tsunami. The group performed the k-pop inspired song “Geronimo”, ultimately finishing in last place in the selection.
For the 2025 MGP national final, Kyle returned to the selection as a solo artist. Kyle Alessandro won Melodi Grand Prix 2025 with his song “Lighter”. The song was written by Kyle and Swedish singer-songwriter Adam Woods. Following his MGP win, the young Norwegian singer would represent his country at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2025. After qualifying for the final, Norway placed 18th in the Grand Final in 2025. Kyle was awarded 89 points, 22 of which came from the jury and 67 came from televoters.
