2nd. Beyond – “Control” (2.60)

1st. Bullet Flo and Preeti Kaur – “Golden Danphe” (1.40)

What did some of our team members have to say about their favourite songs from the Nepal Decides?

Rory (Madhos Raat): Overall, Nepal’s selection for Eurovision Asia is one of the strongest if this entire competition, and this song was the one that really stood out to me. Madhos Raat has a certain appeal to it – it’s midtempo, has a strong melody and is sung by Amrita Limbu, a really phenomenal singer. I was quite charmed by this song so I’m cheering it on, but in all honesty any of the songs could win and I would be happy!

Tom (Control): Beyond’s “Control” is absolutely my kind of song. For me, this is the most exciting song in the selection, if not in the whole of Eurovision Asia 2026 so far. The up-tempo, boy-bop genre is somewhat of a guilty pleasure for me, but I absolutely do not feel guilty about loving this song. Maybe that’s because musically, it feels more like a well-produced dance / EDM track, and less of a Eurovision boy-bop song. It’s high energy, it’s captivating, there’s absolutely potential for a killer live performance. The change in tempo keeps it fresh and exciting. This is THE ONE for me. I’m so excited to see this come alive on stage.

Molly K (Golden Danphe): This was the song I NEEDED this season. Welcome back Adrenlina by Senhit featuring Flo Rida but this time with a beat drop. Golden Danphe feels professionally produced and put together with an amazing vocal from Preeti Kaur combined with the absolute chaos of Bullet Flo. I can’t wait to see how this is staged and hear how loud the last part gets. It’s a song that just keeps getting better and better with each minute in the song and listen. If this gets selected, this may be my winner of Eurovision Asia.
