After opening submissions for Eurovision 2022 entries a few weeks ago, Serbian broadcaster RTS has officially confirmed that Beovizija will be used to select its Eurovision 2022 representative. The confirmation of the competition sees Serbia returning to the National Final format after a year’s break, where Hurricane was internally selected in 2021.
Submissions to close on December 1
Submissions for Beovizija 2022 are now open and will close on Wednesday 1st December. All entries should be in line with the Eurovision Song Contest rules. RTS also published its own rulebook for their national selection. RTS does have contingency plans in place. If song quality is poor or the coronavirus pandemic worsens in Serbia the country will internally select their entry.
Interested artists can send their submissions via this link.
