The Pre-Party confirmations continue to roll in. After confirming her attendance at the Barcelona Eurovision Party later this month, Monika Liu, who is representing the nation with her entry “Sentimentai” will also be performing at Eurovision in Concert in Amsterdam on the 9th of April.

About the Pre-Party: Known for being the biggest Eurovision Pre-Party, fans from all over the world travel to the Dutch capital ‘Amsterdam’ to see the acts perform live. The show will be hosted once again by Edsilia Rombley (The Netherlands 1998, 2007) & Cornald Maas.
Acts: At the time of writing, the 2022 Eurovision acts confirmed are; Ronela Hajati (Albania), Jérémie Makiese (Belgium), Brooke (Ireland), Intelligent Music Project (Bulgaria), Monika Liu (Lithuania) S10 (The Netherlands), and Krystian Ochman (Poland). Whilst, Linda Wagenmakers, and Maggie Macneal are the Support Acts.
Venue: The 2022 edition of the Pre-Party will take place in AFAS Live in Amsterdam and is near Amsterdam Arena, Johan Cruijff ArenA, and Ziggo Dome.

Lithuania’s Eurovision journey
The Baltic nation made its debut at the Eurovision Song contest in 1994, when Ovidijus Vyšniauskas placed 25th with the song “Lopšinė mylimai.” Since then, Lithuania has participated 21 times and made the Grand Final 14 times. LT United gave Lithuania its best ever Eurovision result back in 2006, placing sixth.
Lithuania’s latest Eurovision participation, saw the nation represented by The Roop, who had been due to represent Lithuania at the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest. For 2021, the group participated with “Discoteque,” managing to place eighth overall with 220 points.
