THEOZ takes the time to talk to Tim before he performs at this weekend’s Melodifestivalen final! He will compete with his song “Som du vil.”

They discuss his reaction to making it through to the final, how he manages to sing and dance so well at the same time, and what we can expect to hear from him in the future!

The final of Melodifestivalen will take place on March 12. THEOZ will perform second in the running order,ย which can be found here. The results will be decided by a 50/50 split between the televote andย international juries. It will take place at the Friends Arena in Stockholm.

Swedenโ€™s Eurovision Journey

In 1958, Sweden made their debut in the Eurovision Song Contest, with Alice Babs representing them with the song โ€œLilla stjรคrnaโ€ which placed fourth. Since their debut, the Scandinavian nation has managed to win six times (1974, 1984, 1991, 1999, 2012, and 2015).

In 2021, Sweden was represented by Tusse, who won the 60th edition of Melodifestivalen and competed with the song โ€œVoicesโ€, which managed to qualify for the Grand Final and placed 14th with 109 points from the jury and televoters.
