It has been six months since the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 took place in Turin. Artists from the contest continue to release new music. France’s representative Alvan has now released his new song “Calzone”.
About “Calzone”
Calzone was written and produced by Alexis Morvan-Rosuis. Prior to the song being released Alvan performed his song in Albanian music contest “Kenga Majike 2022”. Calzone has a rap-rock vibe, the lyrics are fun and playful. This song is totally different to Alvan’s Eurovision song “Fulenn” which he sung alongside group Ahez at the contest. Alvan’s Eurovision Journey
Alvan took part in the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin, alongside the all-female group Ahez. They represented France after winning the national final “C’est vous qui décidez”. Their song “Fulenn” was the first song at the contest that was sung entirely in Breton. “Fulenn” scored 17 points in the Eurovision 2022 Grand Final, this placed the song in 24th.
