In the midst of her solo tour, and opening for Ed Sheeran on his Mathematics Tour, Armenia’s Eurovision 2022 representative Rosa Linn has released her debut EP “Lay Your Hands Upon My Heart”.
About “Lay Your Hands Upon My Heart”
For her debut EP, Rosa co-wrote all of the tracks with numerous songwriters. Speaking about the release of “Lay Your Heands Upon My Heart”, Rosa mentioned that she lost her artistic vision and working on the EP has helped her grow as a musician.
For some time after Snap’s success I kind of lost my artist vision of what I want to do, how I want to do it and so on. But in the process of making this EP I haven’t only grew as a musician but also learned a lot about myself and my music. I finally feel inspired again.
But neither the EP nor my inner enlightenment would be possible without the massively talented co-writers and producers who worked on this with me, believed in my ideas and in me as an artist. Oh and the Uber drivers who took me to the studios all around LA.
There’s one person I can’t not mention separately, cause he absolutely changed my experience in LA Rick Nowels. What a legend you are. I can spend a year in your studio working non stop and still won’t get enough of that. Forever grateful to have met you
Since her participation at the Eurovision Song Contest, “SNAP” has entered numerous charts all over the world (including the Billboard Hot 100 in the USA), as well as landing a record deal with Columbia Records. The success continues on, as she is currently opening for Ed Sheeran on five dates on his Mathematics Tour in the USA in 2023. At the time of writing, “SNAP” has already amassed over 690 million streams on Spotify.

Three years after their last participation in the competition, Armenia selected Rosa Linn to represent them in Turin with the song “SNAP”. During her participation, she managed to bring Armenia to the Grand Final once again, where she managed to place 20th after receiving 61 points from the Jury and Televoters.
