Despite the war, constant air raids, bombing of cities and villages, blackouts and other troubles, Ukrainian children find the desire and effort to develop their talents. It is a great honor for me to choose among these best, brightest stars, a representative from Ukraine for Junior Eurovision 2023

In today’s reality, it will be very difficult to choose a winner. We are all on the edge of nervous tension. Every child will believe that it is his song that should represent Ukraine in the competition — and everyone will be right! Because every child is now a voice of Ukraine. Because of the war, Ukrainian children grew up very quickly. The winner or the winner is a young talent whose pure voice combines childlike sincerity and an adult view of the world

For me, this is an opportunity to use the acquired experience, knowledge and skills in music to choose a worthy representative from Ukraine at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. It’s about connecting with society and the opportunity to contribute to the development of children’s talents. I want to be useful for our children, to be an inspiration for them, to motivate and encourage them not to be afraid.
I won’t look for anything specific in the finalists, for me it works on a feel level. It is important that children be themselves and understand that they are going to the competition to represent our country to the whole world, so that they understand why they are doing it,
