After releasing their EP “Midnight Marina” earlier in the summer, the new music keeps on rolling for Norway’s Eurovision 2019 representatives, as KEiiNO releases their new single “Get Up”
About “Get Up”
The trio co-wrote their latest release alongside Alexander Olsson and Rüdiger Schramm, with the latter producing the song alongside TRüH. Production wise, the trio looks into taking a nod to the 90s, whilst complimenting it with the singing, beatboxing, huffing, growling and joiking, would sure make it a true KEiiNO track.
Speaking about the release, KEiiNO member Tom has said that the band has been working on new music and are looking forward to future releases:
We are so excited for this new single, and for all the songs to follow! We’ve been working lots in the studio this year, traveling both around Norway and internationally to challenge ourselves, work with amazing new people, and hopefully create some bangers for the dancefloor

KEiiNO’s Eurovision journey
In 2019, Norway selected the Norwegian supergroup, consisting of Alexandra Rotan, Tom Hugo, and Fred Buljo, to represent them in Tel Aviv with their song “Spirit in the Sky”. This saw Norway qualifying for the Grand Final for the third year in a row. In the final, KEiiNO placed 7th with 210 points, as well as winning the televote along the way.
KEiiNO returned to the Eurovision scene in 2021, where they fought to represent Norway a second time with their song “Monument”. However, they ultimately lost out to Tix and “Fallen Angel”. Since then, the band has continued to tour, including touring Australia in early 2022 and making an appearance at London Eurovision Party 2023.
