With less than a couple of days until Ukraine selects its Junior Eurovision 2023 representative, UA:PBC has opened the online vote for its selection.
Voting open until October 1
Users of the DIIA App over the Age of 14 can cast their vote, which is now open until 10:00 local time on the 1st of October. The voting will then re-open during the show, to give the viewers another chance to vote, with the results being combined with the jury to select Ukraine’s Junior Eurovision 2023 representative.
Ukraine’s Junior Eurovision 2023 selection will air on October 1, at 18:00 on the Suspilne Kultura TV Channel and Website; on the junior.eurovision.ua website; and Eurovision Ukraine’s Facebook page and Youtube channel.

Ukraine’s Junior Eurovision Journey
In 2006, Ukraine made their debut to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, with Nazar Slyusarchuk and the song “Khlopchyk Rock ‘n’ Roll” (Хлопчик рок ‘н’ ролл), which placed 9th. Since their debut, the Eastern European nation has participated 16 times, and even won once in 2012 with Anastasiya Petryk and her song “Nebo” (Небо).
In 2022, Ukraine selected its representative through a national final, where Zlata Dziunka won the right to represent the nation with “Nezlamna”, which managed to place 9th receiving 111 points from the jury and online vote.
