As we’re writing this, the sun is up, and KAJ, who represented Sweden at Eurovision 2025, has released their new single “Gelateria”, the trio’s tribute to “La Dolce Vita”
About “Gelateria”
“Gelateria” is a summer-themed song similar to “Mosquito,” which they had released in 2025. KAJ, similar to their other songs in their discography, worked on the song alongside Kristofer Strandberg, who was also part of the songwriting team for “Bara Bada Bastu”.
The song is based around the Italian summer and is very upbeat, similar to their other songs in their catalogue, with the group mentioning that it is their love letter to Italy:
Gelateria is our love letter to Italy. Humor and joy meet Mediterranean warmth in classic KAJ spirit.
