Basel’s home-town participant for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, Zoë Më, is back with a new single. The Swiss singer has this week released new song, “Dis-moi Pierre”.
About “Dis-moi Pierre”
Zoë Më, who represented Switzerland in Eurovision on home soil in 2025, is back with a new single. The Swiss singer-songwriter has this week released new track “Dis-moi Pierre”. The track is a big, anthemic French language pop song, with orchestral and choral elements and an incredibly catchy chorus. The song is personal, emotionally charged and tells the story of the life of a creative.
Writing on her instagram about the release of “Dis-moi Pierre”, Zoë says:
A real orchestra, a real drum, a hand-painted single artwork, a whole film crew, a song full of optimism…. I’m so proud! I give everything, every time, including right now. So I want to make art and show it to you. I hope you are as excited as I am for this new chapter!
The new single was written by Zoë herself, alongside Jeroen Swinnen and Pierre Dumoulin. The track is released under license from Warner Music Germany.
The artwork for the single features a real painting of Zoë by Swizz artist Aimée Kavena Mandjila. Zoë took to her instagram to explain the choice of single artwork:
It’s a real painting, painted by a real artist, who put her time, energy, gentleness, beauty and her soul on fire that burns even in the rain (you’ll find this phrase in the song). Her name is Aimée Mandjila. I’m a huge fan of Aimée, and I feel incredibly honoured that she painted this cover. For those who have followed me since my debut, you may remember my song, “Aimée,” which I wrote after meeting Aimée and discovering how beautiful I thought her name was. Back then she also painted a picture of my band for my very first music video. Today, finding her through this cover touches me deeply. It’s like am back to where I started. As if the loop was spinning, years later, with the same artist, the same sensitivity and the same magic that had accompanied my first steps.
Zoë then explained the importance of art, artists and supporting genuine creatives, over the use of AI:
And this is also why I want to keep working with real people, real artists, human beings who put a part of themselves into what they create. Because behind a work there is a story, an intention, a sensitivity, hours of work and a soul that can’t be reduced to a simple result. I deeply believe that if we continue to support, hire, empower, and value real artists, human art will never be replaced by AI. On the contrary, it’s up to us to make sure that human creation continues to live, surprise and touch us. So yeah let’s support artists. Let’s buy their art, engage them, share their work and empower them to keep creating.

Who is Zoë Më?
Zoë Më is the stage name of Zoë Anina Kressler, born in Basel, Switzerland, in 2000. She began writing her own songs at the age of ten, and creates most of her music in the French and German languages. In 2024, Zoë was awarded the RTS Artiste Radar and SRF 3 Best Talent awards, previously won by fellow Eurovision artists Nemo and Marius Bear. Throughout her music career so far, Zoë has performed at a number of prestigious events around Europe, including the Montreux Jazz Festival and the Luzern Live stage.
Zoë’s Eurovision journey
Following Nemo’s win in the 2024 Contest in Malmö, Eurovision was hosted in the Swiss city of Basel for the 2025 Song Contest. Swiss broadcaster SRG SSR internally selected Zoë to represent the nation in her home town with the song “Voyage”. Although receiving a direct qualification spot as the host of the 2025 Contest, Zoë performed “Voyage” for the first time on the ESC stage during the broadcast of the first Semi-Final.
In the Grand Final, “Voyage” was awarded 214 points from the internal juries, placing second before the public televote points were added. At the end of voting, Zoë was awarded 0 points from the public, placing tenth overall when the points were combined. At current, this remains the record for the largest difference in placement in a Eurovision Grand Final between jury and televote placements.
