Today (2nd March) The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) confirmed the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 would take place under Scenario B. The Dutch broadcasters alongside the EBU have set out their COVID-19 Health and Safety protocols for the Eurovision 2021 to take place. Here is what a Eurovision under Scenario B looks like:

Under Scenario B the number of people in the press centre is reduced to 500, with a further 1000 in a virtual press centre. The decision on whether there will be an audience in Rotterdam is to be made nearer the time. Eurovision under Scenario B also means most of the artist will perform live in Rotterdam. Delegations will still make recordings in the event of circumstances changing in Rotterdam or someone contracting Covid-19. By clicking the link in this tweet you can see all the precautions the EBU are putting in place for Eurovision.
