Since winning the Eurovision Song Contest a few months ago, reigning Eurovision champions MÃ¥neskin have been rising on the charts, with their cover of Madcon’s Beggin rising in the charts worldwide, and even topping the Billboard Emerging Artists charts with Eurovision 2019 winner Duncan Laurence not far behind.
Now the band has revealed that they will be releasing a new version of their single “I Wanna Be Your Slave” with Iggy Pop, who has been designated as the “Godfather of Punk”. The new version was announced via social media and will be released on the 6th of August.

Collaboration was teased earlier this week
Just a couple of days before the collaboration between MÃ¥neskin and Iggy Pop was revealed, MÃ¥neskin posted a clip of them interacting with the Godfather of Punk. When the post was made public Iggy retweeted the clip on his account with the caption ‘Fair Warning’. Now we know why that is.
Keep an eye on this.
