Achille Lauro’s first rehearsal
The next act to take to the Eurovision 2022 stage at the Pala Alpitour in Turin was San Marino’s Achille Lauro. He will sing the song “Stripper” at Eurovision 2022 after he was selected to represent San Marino earlier this year.
Following Achille Lauro’s first rehearsal, a clip of his rehearsal was posted on TikTok. The clip showed him before and after he took to the Eurovision stage for the first time. The clip also gave us some insight into how well his rehearsal went.

What did we learn about Achille Lauro’s staging?
Today is full of big props from balloons, to bleachers to now a giant cage. It seems Achille Lauro has gone for the cowboy look for his staging. He has even brought a red mechanical bull, and apparently it bucks. He sits on the bull for the last chorus of the song. Achille also wears some fur pom-poms, to go with the cowboy look. There was a whole bunch of flames and smoke during Achille’s last run-through.
What we thought of San Marino’s staging?
Following Achille Lauro’s first rehearsal Rosie gave her Initial reaction to his stage show. You can see it on our TikTok page here:
