The Italian band that breaks records never sleeps! Måneskin just released their new single “The Loneliest”, which has already charted on Spotify’s Top Songs Global chart at 53, becoming the highest new entry last weekend. To coincide with the release, the band has released an official music video to the song:
About “The Loneliest”
“The Loneliest” is a ballad that differs from the past singles for its delicacy and fragility which allows international fans to get to know a new side of the band. The band’s vocalist Damiano David mentioned:
“It is a cross between a love letter and a will. I wrote it at a very difficult moment in my life, when I was away from home and from the people I love. What would I say to these people if I were to die? This is the meaning of the song.”
At the moment, the band is currently on the North American leg of their Loud Kids Get Louder Tour, before returning to Europe to play Arenas in the European leg of the tour, which will commence in February 2023. Måneskin is also currently working on a new album, that should be released by the end of 2022.
