As we get closer to the end of the year, more and more Pre-Parties are being announced for the Eurovision 2023 season. Earlier this week, Melodifestivalklubben (OGAE Sweden) has confirmed that Melfest WKND will once again take place on March 9 to 11.

A bigger Pre-Party for 2023

The organisers have announced a bigger Melfest WKND in 2023, as next year’s edition include a Warm-Up which will take place on the Thursday, with the usual Pre-Party on the Friday evening and the big final After-Party on the Saturday, with the latter two taking place in Nalen once again. Further information, including the ticket sales will be revealed at a later date.

Eurovision Pre-Parties confirmed for the Eurovision 2023 season

The following Eurovision Pre-Parties have been confirmed for the Eurovision 2023 season as follows:

The organisers of London Eurovision Party have confirmed that it will be returning in 2023. However, further information about the event is yet to be confirmed.

Melfest WKND 2022

About the Pre-Party: Melodifestivalklubben OGAE Sweden, usually holds Melfest WKND, consisting of a Pre-Party (held on Friday night before the Melodifestivalen final), and the Main Party after the final of the Swedish selection takes place. The pre-party is well known for being the only Pre-Party of the 2020 season to physically take place.

Acts: The acts that performed on the Friday night were three-time Melodifestivalen participant Dotter and eight-time Melodifestivalen participant Nanne Grรถnvall alongside Vladana (Montenegro 2022), Sahlene (Estonia 2002), Aidan (MESC 2022), Malik Harris (Germany 2022).

For Saturday, the acts that performed were Melodifestivalen veterans Magnus Carlsson, Anton Ewald alongside Stefan (Estonia 2022).

Venue: The show took place at Nalen, an elegant 19th-century building, located in Stockholm.
