🇵🇱 Maja Krzyżewska releases the studio version of “I Just Need A Friend”

Nearly a month since winning the right to represent Poland in this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest, the preparations for this year’s contest are in full swing, and before her participation in Nice, the studio version of Maja Krzyżewska’s entry “I Just Need A Friend” has been released.

Poland’s Junior Eurovision Journey

In 2003, Poland was one of the countries that participated in the inaugural edition of the competition, where they were represented by Katarzyna Å»urawik with the song “CoÅ› mnie nosi” which placed 16th. Poland participated for another year, before going on a 12-year break and returning in 2016. Since returning to the competition, they have participated five times, and managing to achieve a back-to-back win in 2018 and 2019.

Their recent participation in 2022, saw them being represented by Laura, with the song “To The Moon” which placed 10th overall, receiving 96 points from the jury and online vote combined.
