It has been officially confirmed by Ukraine’s broadcaster Suspilne that alyona alyona and Jerry Heil will represent them at Eurovision. Following their Vidbir 2024 win, they have now signed the contract that allows them to compete at Eurovision 2024 in Malmö

Following winning Vidbir and signing their contract with Suspilne the work towards Eurovision 2024 in Malmö now begins. On Tuesday 7th May alyona alyona and Jerry Heil will compete in the first half of the first Eurovision semi-final with their entry “Teresa and Maria”.
In Vidbir alyona alyona and Jerry Heil won after receiving 10 points from the jury and 11 points (the maximum) from the online voters.
Ukraine’s Eurovision Journey
Ukraine is one of the most successful countries to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest. The country has scored eight top-five placements, with an extra four top-ten finishes. Ukraine won the Contest three times – in 2004, 2016 and 2022 respectively. Ukraine made history for being the first ex-Soviet country to win the Contest more than once.
In 2023, TVORCHI represented Ukraine as co-host entry in Liverpool with their song “Heart of Steel”. The duo finished in 6th place, scoring 243 points – of which 54 points came from the jury, whilst the remaining 189 points came from the televote.
