The 2024 edition of the Lithuanian Eurovision selection competition, Eurovizija.LT is almost here, and Tim had the chance to sit down with Shower for an interview. They are competing in Eurovizija.LT 2024 with their song “Impossible”.

During their interview, Tim and Shower talked about their formation as a band, their Eurovizija.LT experience so far, as well as what we can expect from them after their participation in the Lithuanian Eurovision selection.
About Shower
“Shower” commenced as a band in 2018, which consists of Dominykas Kazimieras Krulikovskis, Jonas Filmanavičius, Vainius Indriūnas Simonas Krukonis. Since then they have released their debut album “Shampoo” in 2020, and their EP “Last Moments Of” in 2021. They will be competing with their entry “Impossible” which was self-penned by the group.
Lithuania’s Eurovision Journey
The Baltic nation made its debut at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1994, where Ovidijus Vyšniauskas represented them with the song “Lopšinė mylimai”, which placed 25th. Since then, Lithuania has participated 21 times and made the Grand Final 14 times. LT United gave Lithuania its best-ever Eurovision result back in 2006, where the country placed 6th.
In 2023, Monika Linkytė represented Lithuania, participating with the song “Stay”. Performing in the second semi-final, Monika qualified for the final in fourth place. In the Grand Final, Lithuania finished in 11th place overall, with 127 points – 81 points came from the juries, with another 46 points from the televote.
