Annabelle Ats, who will represent Estonia at Junior Eurovision 2024

Estonia has announced that Annabelle Ats will represent the nation at Junior Eurovision 2024. Her song will be revealed in due course.

How Annabelle Ats secured her ticket to Junior Eurovision

Annabelle was selected during the talent show “Tähtede lava”, which looks at the rising Estonian talent. On Sunday night (May 5th), the final of the 11-13 category took place in Tallinn. Four artists were left in the running to win the competition and represent Estonia at Junior Eurovision. The four acts were: Annabelle Ats, Milana Fayzullova, Karl-Markkus Rebane and Tristan Erik Teniste.

Following a public vote, and combined with the points from a professional jury, Annabelle was declared the winner. Amongst the jury who cast their votes was Ewert Sundja. Sundja attempted to represent Estonia at Eurovision 2024 with two songs – “Oblivion” and “Hold Me Now”.

Little else is currently known regarding Estonia’s Junior Eurovision participation. Further details regarding her song will be revealed in due course.

Estonia’s Junior Eurovision journey

Estonia debuted at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2023. The Baltic nation was represented by Arhanna in Nice. Arhanna represented her country with the song “Hoiame Kokku”. At the close of voting in Nice, Arhanna received 49 points in total. Estonia gained 6 points from the national juries, while getting 43 points from the online voting. At the end of voting, Estonia placed 15th at the contest in Nice.
