We have another name to add to the list of participants at Junior Eurovision 2024, as RAI has confirmed that Simone Grande will represent Italy at Junior Eurovision 2024 in Madrid.
A winner of The Voice Kids Italy
Simone currently live in Rozzano, which a small town near Milan, and is currently attending Middle School. Despite not liking studying very much, Simone also has other hobbies. He loves to play football and is a massive fan of Inter Milano, as well as cooking with his family.
At the age of 4, Simone started dancing, thanks to his sister Noemi, but is now mainly focused in singing, which seemed to have paid off, as he became the winner of The Voice Kids Italy in 2023. Simone recently released his first single, a cover of Mahmood & Blanco’s Eurovision 2022 entry “Brividi”.

Italy in Junior Eurovision
Italy made its Junior Eurovision debut in 2014 with Vincenzo Cantiello and the song “Tu primo grande amore”. The performance scored 159 points on its way to a victory. Since winning, Italy’s best result is 3rd place in the 2016 contest. Italy has participated eight times in the contest so far.
Italy’s most recent participation was in 2023. Melissa and Ranya’s “Un Mondo Giusto” finished 11th. They received 81 points. 37 points came from the international juries and 44 points from the online voters.
