Eurovision 2024 winner Nemo has released their first new single since taking the crown in Malmö, releasing the song ‘Eurostar’

About ‘Eurostar’

“As per Nemo’s Instagram, the song references a real Eurostar trip he took between Paris and London back in July: saying “Little did I know what this city had in store” as well as describing the song as “a reflection on [their] life of the past five months”

The song was written by Nemo alongside Swiss/American writer and producer Liam Maye, who was also a part of the team beind This Body, whilst the duo were joined in the production booth by Cecile Believe (Sophie, Caroline Polacheck) and Cameron Gower Poole (Dua Lipa, Olly Alexander, Mae Muller)

Nemo’s Eurovision Journey

Nemo represented Switzerland at Eurovision 2024 with their song “The Code”. Performing in the second semi-final, they qualified for the Grand Final for a fifth consecutive participation. At the end of voting in the final, it was revealed Switzerland had won the Contest. Nemo scored 365 points with the national juries, as well as 226 points with the televote. The overall winning score for “The Code” was 591 points. This win marks Switzerland’s third win in the contest following on from Lys Assia in 1956 and Celine Dion in 1988.
