Mustii, who represented Belgium at the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest, has revealed that his entry ‘Before the Party is over’ has reached platinum in Belgium.
Mustii’s Platinum
The threshold for a single to reach platinum in Belgium requires it to obtain 20,000 sales domestically, before the Belgian Entertainment Association can certify it. This comes not long after Mustii released his newest single ‘Tell the kids it’s alright‘; which he’ll surely be hoping will manage to reach the same level of success.
Mustii’s Eurovision Journey
Mustii was internally selected by broadcaster RTBF to represent Belgium at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest . Belgium was represented with the song “Before The Party’s Over”. It was later announced that Mustii would perform 12th in the second semi-final on May 9th.
Ahead of the contest Mustti attended many pre-parties he first attended Pre-Party ES in Madrid in late March. In the first weekend of April they he took part in the Barcelona Eurovision Party and the London Eurovision . Later on in the month he then took part in Eurovision in Concert.
Ultimately, Mustii failed to reach the final, coming 13th with 18 points.
