Albanian broadcaster RTSH has released the songs that will participate in Festivali i Këngës 63.
About Festivali i Këngës 63
Festivali i Këngës 63 will take place from the 19th to 22nd of December. This edition will be the first under new artistic director and Eurovision alum Elhaida Dani. The festival will consist of four nights of music. There will be two semi-finals on December 19th and 20th. Then, a nostalgia night will take place on December 21st. Finally, the grand final is on December 22nd. Up to 18 of the 30 artists will take part in the grand final, competing for five prizes: first, second and third place; best lyrics; and the critics’ award. A combination of jury and televote will determine Albania’s representative for Basel, however, the weight of this split is currently unknown.

Albania’s Eurovision History
In 2004, Albania made their debut into the Eurovision Song Contest with Anjeza Shahini with “Image of You”, which placed 7th in the final. Since their debut, Albania has participated 20 times, and made the final 10 times. They achieved their best result in 2012, where Rona Nishliu placed 5th with “Suus”.
Besa represented Albania in 2024 with the song “Titan”. “Titan” performed in the second semi-final, where it ultimately placed fifteenth out of sixteen, receiving 14 points from the televote.
