The hosts for the upcoming Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2025 have been officially confirmed. Georgian presenter Liza Tsiklauri and musician-presenter David Aladashvili will welcome audiences to Tbilisi this December.
Meet the hosts
- David Aladashvili: A seasoned musician who began piano studies at age 11 and later performed at Carnegie Hall in New York. Besides his concerts, he hosts music-related TV programmes on Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB) and serves as Artistic Director of the Tbilisi National Youth Palace.
- Liza Tsiklauri: A journalist and TV presenter since 2014, she has anchored news shows and hosted major national and international events โ including gala concerts and sports ceremonies
The story of Junior Eurovision 2025 so far
Georgia will host the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2025 after winning the 2024 edition with “To My Mom”. After initial doubts over whether Georgia would host the Contest, Tbilisi was confirmed to be the host city in May. Following the release of the official list of participants, eighteen countries will take part. Azerbaijan, Croatia and Montenegro will return to the competition, while Estonia and Germany will withdraw.
