With the national final that will decide the 2026 act for Greece at the Eurovision Song Contest just a few weeks away, the artists who are participating in Sing for Greece 2026 have been revealed.

28 artists for Ethnikós Telikós 2026 revealed

The reveal of the artists took place on a dedicated show, “Sing for Greece – Greek National Final 2026 – The Finalists”. Excerpts from each song were also premiered, with the full songs being released in due course.

During the show, a draw determined the positions in which the participating artists will be performing in. You are able to listen to the snippets of the entries by clicking on the song title.

In total, 264 entries were submitted to ERT to compete to represent Greece. These have been narrowed down to 28 songs that will compete in Ethnikós Telikós 2026; the selection will take place over two semi-finals, with the final taking place on February 7. Fourteen songs will qualify from the semi-finals to compete in the final itself.

Greece’s Eurovision journey

In 1974, Greece made its debut to the Eurovision Song Contest with “Krasi, thalassa ke t’agori mou” which placed 11th. Since then they have participated on 44 occasions (41 of which made the Grand Final), and have won once, in 2005.

Greece’s most recent Eurovision participation saw them being represented by Klavdia with the song “Asteromáta”. Following her performance, Greece qualified for the Grand Final, finishing in 6th place. She earned a total of 231 points, of which 105 were from the national juries and 126 were from the televoters.
