🇨🇿 ADONXS – “Cherry On Your Cake”
Slovak heartthrob and Czechia’s 2025 Eurovision entrant ADONXS is back with his latest single. “Cherry On Your Cake” is ADONXS’ second single of 2026, following the release of “Rituál” earlier in the year. So far, all of the promotional content, as well as the official video ADONXS has released alongside this single, have been as sexy and hot as the song itself. It’s a summery, boy-pop banger, and solidifies Adam as a gay Eurovision-pop icon, as well as a brilliant vocal talent. His recognisable bass tone can be heard throughout the track, but the uptempo higher harmonies show off the full range of ADONXS’ voice. His years of operatic training, blended with his love for queer electro-pop really come through on this song. There’s elements of Troye Sivan and Perfume Genius in this, as well as some 80’s synth influence too. This is ADONXS’ latest single on the Warner Music Czech Republic label. The music video is also out now, and is definitely worth a watch.
🇨🇮 Emmy – “If I Die Young”
Emmy, alongside her brother Star Guy, has a long history with the Eurovision Song Contest. The Norwegian singer competed in the Melodi Grand Prix national final in 2021, with the track “Witch Woods”, and attempted to represent Norway again in 2026 with the track “Sykt Fin”. Her brother, Star Guy, attempted to represent San Marino in 2026 with the track “Star Shadez”. But eurofans will most likely remember the pair from their 2025 Eurovision entry “Laika Party”, which represent Ireland. Emmy released 4 track EP “Little Do You Know” earlier in the month, and this week has added the track “If I Die Young” to the release. The cover of the famous The Band Perry track is a beautiful edition to the 4 songs already released, and the EP portrays Emmy in a completely different light. The songs are mostly acoustic, and are recreations of huge hits such as “Zombie” by The Cranberries. Basshunter’s “All I Ever Wanted” gets a complete flip on the track “Daddy DJ”. This is fun, sweet, and intriguing from the honorary-Irish, Norwegian brother/sister duo.
🇸🇲 Gabry Ponte – “Pulse React”
Italy’s most successful DJ Gabry Ponte never sleeps. The San Marino 2025 Eurovision artist has been releasing songs almost every week so far this summer, and this week is no different. “Pulse React” is a big EDM club banger. The track is a eurodance EDM heaven. Think carnival rides as a kid, cotton candy and dance music with a big bass drop. There is never a quiet week in Ponte’s calendar it seems!
🇵🇱 Justyna Steczkowska – “Gwiazdy (Extended Mix)”
2-time Polish Eurovision entrant Justyna Steczkowska has released an extended mix of her latest single “Gwiazdy”. She teamed up with ‘The Voice Kids Poland’ coach Tribbs on the single earlier in the year. Now, the pair have released the full extended cut of “Gwiazday”. The song blends Justyna’s iconic, piercing vocals with an industrial dance beat that Tribbs is well known for. It is very hard to resist moving when listening to the song, and the extended release beefs up the EDM dance vibe even more!
