Four time Melodifestivalen contestant, current OGAE Second Chance Contest reigning champion, and Swedish pop princess Klara Hammarström has new music! Klara today released her latest single “GRAVITY”.
About “Gravity”
Sweden’s Klara Hammarström has today release her latest single “GRAVITY”. The new song is Klara’s first release of 2026 so far, and follows her 2025 Melodifestivalen entry “On and On and On”.
The track explores themes of struggle and picking yourself back up again after a stumble. Klara shine vocally on this track, over a big, anthemic instrumental of strings and keys. It is an upbeat, pop power-ballad; a style Klara has come to excel in. It’s not as much of a big dance number as some of her previous Mello entries, but is nevertheless a feel good pop anthem. There is almost a country music influence on the backing guitar, but this is undeniably Swedish pop in terms of production.
The song was written by Klara herself, as well as Rob Grimaldi who has recently worked with BTS, BLACKPINK and Teddy Swims. David Brook also features as a credited writer, who is a big name in the dance music scene, working with artists like Galantis, Jonas Blue and Kygo.
