With just under three weeks to go until Korea selects its representative for Eurovision Asia 2026, broadcaster ENA has revealed the names of the artists that are participating in their selection ‘Korea’s Next Wave’ on September 4.
8 artists participating in the Korean selection
The artists participating in the selection are:
- 9278
- Angel Noise
- huiAe
- JUNHEE
- KIK
- Sojeong Shim
- PLZY
- Younghoon Ji
Further information about the selection is set to be revealed in due course. Korea’s Next Wave is set to take place on September 4.
What’s coming up?
We won’t have to wait long until we find out the next Eurovision Asia representative, as Malaysia’s representative will be revealed on Saturday, August 15. The other national selections that are currently known are as follows:

At the time of writing, the dates for the selection of representatives for Cambodia, Mongolia and Vietnam are still to be confirmed.
What we know about Eurovision Asia 2026
Early this year, EBU and Voxovation have confirmed the launch of Eurovision Asia, following its initial attempt to launch the format in 2017. The inaugual edition of the competition is set to take place on November 14 in Bangkok, Thailand.
