Eurovision Asia continues to take shape as another artist has been revealed, with TV3 confirming that Aina Abdul will represent Malaysia, at the inaugural edition of Eurovision Asia, which will take place in Bangkok on November 14.
Malaysia’s representative revealed during AJL40
Malaysia’s representative was announced during AJL: Anugerah Juara Lagu, an annual song competition, where 10 artists participated in the 40th edition of the competition. Being selected for Eurovision Asia was not the only thing that was awarded to Aina, as was also awarded the Best Performance and Artist Choice Icon Award.
At the time of writing, the entry that Aina Abdul will participate with at Eurovision Asia 2026 is still to be announced.
What’s coming up?
With two artists now revealed, the next selection currently scheduled to take place (at the time of writing) is the Philippines, with the schedule currently as follows:

What we know about Eurovision Asia 2026
Early this year, EBU and Voxovation have confirmed the launch of Eurovision Asia, following its initial attempt to launch the format in 2017. The inaugual edition of the competition is set to take place on November 14 in Bangkok, Thailand.
