British girl group and 2025 Eurovision participants Remember Monday have released their new single. “Attention” is the second single of 2026 for the band. The tongue-in-cheek pop track is a girls night out anthem.
About “Attention”
The United Kingdom’s 2025 Eurovision representatives Remember Monday have released their latest single. “Attention” sees Holly, Lauren and Charlotte deliver a playful pop song, commanding the attention of everyone in the room. The girls take on alter-egos that want to be the centre of attention in this song. They play with the truth to ensure that they are the most interesting and memorable versions of themselves.
The lyrics are tongue-in-cheek, fun and flirt with the truth. The verses include lines like “I’d rather die than be ignored” and “my dad’s best friends with Elton John, he wrote ‘Your Song’ about my mum “. The chorus of “I just want attention, like 24/7” is instantly catchy, and fits the theme of an attention craving girls-night-out. This song is light-hearted pop perfection.
The song was written by Remember Monday themselves, alongside Paul Whalley. The musician and songwriter has worked with the likes of Grace Davies, The Wanted and THE HARA in recent years. Production comes from Steven Battelle, who helped write the band’s last single “Delusional”, as well as ST£FAN of The Midnight Beast fame. The track is the band’s most recent release on their own independent ‘Nothing Nice To Say Ltd.’ publishing company.
The release follows this week’s statement from the band about their “what the girls bathroom is for” single. Remember Monday announced that they would be donating all profits of their 2024 single to trans-youth charity Mermaids. They say the move was inspired by recent changes from the UK’s EHRC regarding single-sex spaces.

Who are Remember Monday?
Remember Monday is a musical trio made up of Lauren Byrne, Holly-Anne Hull and Charlotte Steele. The group first met at school in Farnborough in Hampshire, bonding over their love of music. Each of the members of the group have had extensive music experience, including musical theatre runs and performing for Queen Elizabeth II. In 2019, the group auditioned for The Voice UK, coming under Jennifer Hudson’s team – where they eventually were knocked out of the competition. Their first EP was released in October of 2024.
Holly had previously won My Camp Rock, a singing competition based on the Disney Channel show in 2009 and performed in The Phantom of the Opera and Les Misérables on the West End. Lauren has previously had roles in both Six and Matilda on the West End, and Charlotte also appeared in Mary Poppins in the London theatre district. In November 2025, Remember Monday performed “Perfect Day” with the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra for BBC Children in Need. The band have spent the summer on tour, supporting British boy band McFly, with whom they have recently collaborated with.
Remember Monday’s Eurovision history
In 2025, Remember Monday represented the UK at Eurovision in Basel with their song “What the Hell Just Happened”. In line with previous years, the BBC selected the UK’s Eurovision entry internally, with Remember Monday being announced as the representative after speculation in local media.
“What the Hell Just Happened?” was written by Remember Monday themselves, as well as Julie Aagaard, Kes Kamara, Sam Brennan, Thomas Stengaard and Tom Hollings. At the close of voting in the Grand Final, the UK finished 19th, earning 88 points. All these points came from the jury, including 12 points from the Italian jury.
