Armenian broadcaster AMPTV has officially released the song “BOO!”, to be performed by 13-year-old Naré at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Ta’ Qali.
About “BOO!”
The song is an energetic and danceable pop song with an infectious beat and a catchy melody that will get stuck in the heads of many fans. Blending Armenian and English, the track talks empowers young people to overcome their fears and have the courage to speak up and present themselves as they are.
Naré was internally selected by AMPTV to represent Armenia at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Malta.
Junior Eurovision 2026 continues to take shape
The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2026 is due to take place at 21.00 CEST, on Saturday 24 October, live from the Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre (MFCC) in Ta’ Qali. Malta’s broadcaster PBS are hosting the contest for the third time, having done so previously in 2014 and 2016.

Armenia’s Junior Eurovision journey
Armenia is one of the most successful countries in Junior Eurovision. The Caucasian nation first took part in 2007 and finished in second place, with “Erazanq” performed by Arevik. Following this, Armenia has scored eleven top-five results – including two wins in 2010, when Vladimir Arzumunyan triumphed in Minsk with his song “Mama”. They won the contest again in 2021, in Paris. When Maléna represented them with her song “Qami, Qami”.
In 2026, Albert represented Armenia with the song “Brave Heart”. He scored a total of 175 points, receiving 117 from the jury and 58 from the online vote, for an overall 4th place out of eighteen.
