Sara James, Poland’s entrant for Junior Eurovision 2021, has made it through to the final of America’s Got Talent.
A stunning performance of “Rocket Man”
For her Semi-Final performance Sara performed “Rocket Man” by Elton John which impressed both the judges and viewers at home. Head judge Simon Cowell told James that “you are going to make this final, in my opinion, a very special final.”
James made it through to the live shows following her audition, where she received Simon Cowell’s golden buzzer for her performance of Lovely by Billie Eilish.
She now joins saxophonist Avery Dixon, country music trio Chapel Hart, singer Drake Milligan, and magicians Nicolas Ribs and Yu Hojin in the final.
The air date for the grand final for America’s Got Talent is yet to be confirmed, but is likely to be 14th September at 20.00 EST.
James is the second Junior Eurovision alumnus to make the America’s Got Talent finals. The first, Daneliya Tuleshova, was Kazakhstan’s first Junior Eurovision entrant in 2018. She appeared on the 15th season of America’s Got Talent, where she finished in the lower half of the final.

In 2021, Sara represented Poland at the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, with the song “Somebody” which placed 2nd overall, receiving 218 points from the jury and online vote combined.
