Ahead of the final of Junior Songfestival 2022 on September 24, we are starting to find out the finer details of the Dutch National Final for Junior Eurovision 2022. Now, the Jurors that will help decide the next Junior Eurovision representative for The Netherlands.

The Jurors that will help decide the next Dutch Junior Eurovision representative will include people who have experience at Eurovision and Junior Eurovision.
Professional Jury
The Professional Jury includes Chantal Janzen who co-hosted the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest Singer/Songwriter Flemming and Singer/Songwriter and Rapper Glen Faria.
Kids Jury
The Kids Jury consists of Priscilla, Shine; both of whom participated at Junior Sonfestival 2021 with their entries “Be Alright” and “A Million Little Things”, alongside Ayana who represented the Netherlands at the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with “Mata Sugu Aō Ne”.
Everything we know about Junior Songfestival 2022
Junior Songfestival 2022 will be held on September 24 on the RTM Stage of Ahoy. The RTM Stage has hosted the National Final since 2020. Tickets are available via the AVROTROS website. AVROTROS members can purchase tickets for €10, whilst Non-Members can purchase tickets for €15 (which excludes the €0.50 service charge). The show will be hosted by Matheu and Stefania.

The Netherlands’ Junior Eurovision Journey
Being one of the countries that participated in the first edition in 2003, The Netherlands is the only country to have competed in every Junior Eurovision Song Contest. They managed to win once in 2009 with Ralf Mackenbach and his entry “Click Clack”, and finished second in 2011 with Rachel and “Teenager”.
In 2021, The Netherlands selected Ayana to represent them in Paris with the song “Mata Sugu Aō Ne”, where they placed 19th with 43 points from the Jury and the Online Vote.
