Blanka has won the second edition of Tu bije serce Europy! Wybieramy hit na Eurowizję and will represent Poland at the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool.

Voting took place with a hybrid voting system with an equally weighted jury and televote. Voting was not proportional, and was rather Eurovision style (first place receiving 12 points, second 10 points, and so on and so forth), with both scores being combined for the final result. The televote and full breakdown of results was not revealed during the show.
The jury consisted of:
- Aneta Woźniak – TVP children’s presenter
- Agustin Egurrola – a choreographer
- Edyta Górniak – Poland’s first entrant and runner up in 1994
- Marcin Kusy – Radio broadcaster
- Marek Sierocki – commentator

Ida Nowakowska and Małgorzata Tomaszewska acted as primary hosts with Aleksander Sikora in the green room. The show opened with Greece’s 2021 entrant Stefania performing her entry ‘Last dance’, followed by incumbent winners Kalush Orchestra performing their winning entry ‘Stefania‘. Interspersed throughout the competitors performances, we also saw Poland’s 2021 Junior Eurovision entrant Sara James perform her entry “Somebody“; additionally Azerbaijan’s 2020 and 2021 entrant Efendi preformed her 2021 entry ‘Mata Hari’. Roxie Węgiel also sang ‘Anyone I Want to Be‘, her winning 2018 Junior Eurovision entry. The interval acts were opened with Krystian Ochman reprising Poland’s previous Eurovision entry; ‘River’. After the first round’s jury vote Edyta Górniak performed her single ‘Andromeda’,
Poland’s Eurovision Journey
In 1994, Poland made their debut at the Eurovision Song Contest, when Edyta Górniak represented them with the song “To nie ja!”, and placed 2nd (which is Poland’s best result at the contest to date). Since then, Poland has participated 24 times (15 of which was in the Grand Final). Poland’s recent Eurovision participation, saw them being represented by Ochman, who competed with “River”. Qualifying for the final, at the close of voting, he managed to place 12th with 151 points from the Jury and Televoters.
