Nearly a month since winning the right to represent Poland in this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest, the preparations for this year’s contest are in full swing, with the filming for the official music video of “I Just Need A Friend” now taking place.
Filming for the music video has taken place
The news about the filming of the official music video for “I Just Need A Friend” was revealed when Maja Krzyżewska posted a behind-the-scenes clip on her socials, where it is shown that she is outdoors filming some scenes for the music video, and mentioned that it’s going to be ‘Great!’
At the time of writing, it is yet to be announced when the music video for “I Just Need A Friend” will be released.
Poland’s Junior Eurovision Journey
In 2003, Poland was one of the countries that participated in the inaugural edition of the competition, where they were represented by Katarzyna Å»urawik with the song “CoÅ› mnie nosi” which placed 16th. Poland participated for another year, before going on a 12-year break and returning in 2016. Since returning to the competition, they have participated five times, and managing to achieve a back-to-back win in 2018 and 2019.
Their recent participation in 2022, saw them being represented by Laura, with the song “To The Moon” which placed 10th overall, receiving 96 points from the jury and online vote combined.
