Today rehearsals for Junior Eurovision 2024 continue in Madrid. Countries rehearsing on Day 2 include France, Germany, Ireland, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and San Marino. The fifth country to rehearse today is The Netherlands’ Stay Tuned.
What did we learn about Stay Tuned’s staging?

On the pictures we have seen, we see Stay Tuned in the middle of the stage, with two mirrors on each side of the stage, where the band is wearing a similar outfits, with the performance accompanied by bright lights with Neon lights on the LED Backrgound wall.

Who are Stay Tuned?
Stay Tuned consist of four young artists from the Netherlands–musical actress Chiara, Kazakhstan-born Inkar, The Voice Kids alum Miucha, and Niek, the guy of the group. Outside of the group, its members enjoy sports, with football, hockey, and tennis all represented in their hobbies.
Stay Tuned won over three other acts at Junior Songfestival back in September with their song “Music”, winning the kids jury and online vote and coming in second place with the adult jury. The song was written by Jermain van der Bogt and Willem Laseroms.
The Netherlands’ Junior Eurovision Journey
The Netherlands has participated in every edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest since its inception, first taking part in 2003. The country’s first entry came in the form of Roel, singing “Mijn ogen zeggen alles”. At the close of voting, the Netherlands finished in 11th place, earning 23 points. Since then, the Netherlands have taken part another 19 times, earning one victory in 2009 with Ralf Mackenbach singing “Click-Clack”.
In 2023, the Netherlands were represented by Sep and Jasmijn with their song “Holding On To You” in Nice. Once the combined scores were revealed, the Netherlands finished in 7th place. They received 52 points from the jury vote, and 70 from the public vote.,
